| For clarification, we wish to inform prospective tenants that we have prepared these lettings particulars as a general guide and have not carried out a detailed survey of the property.
References to the provision of any furnishings are correct to the best of our knowlegde when preparing these particulars, but may be subject to negotiation and specific agreement with the Landlord.
There is NO CHARGE to register with Lock and Key Lettings and to view properties available for rental.
Once an agreement is reached by both prospective tenant and landlord, a non returnable charge of œ80 plus VAT at the standard rate is immediate payable per tenant. This charge is the prospective tenants contribution towards the cost processing their application and the taking up of references.
N.B. Subject to references and acceptance by the landlord, a tenancy can be created.
On acceptance, a further contribution is payable by the proposed tenant towards the tenancy agreement and preparation of the inventory. Please nore that all rents stated are exclusive of water rates, council tax and utility services. We can only accept people in full time employments and are unable to accept housing benefit. |
